KUNGA GYELTSON of KUNGA YOGA
February 5 - 13, 2011

Debbie Lloyd of Travel Broker Tours invites you to join her and Kunga Gyeltson of Kunga Yoga on a fun-filled Caribbean Cruise Yoga Holiday.

Yoga and meditation classes are an optional activity!

Kunga Gyeltson has been an avid practitioner of yoga and meditation for over nine years. He began teaching yoga and meditation in 2004. Kunga received his yoga teaching certification from The Yoga Center Winnipeg, and his certification in applied meditation from the Asian Classics Institute. Kunga lived as a Buddhist Rabjung Monk for more than two years, and studied with the late Buddhist Lama, Khen Rimpoche.

Kunga enjoys teaching people how to bring these practices into their modern-day, often hectic, lives and schedules. His primary goal in teaching yoga and meditation is to provide students with the tools they need to bring more joy, health and happiness into their lives and the lives of those around them.

Come along with Kunga and experience the thrill of the open ocean on Royal Caribbean's cruiseship, Liberty of the Seas. This floating first-class resort would make King Neptune feel pampered. Every detail is designed to evoke the beauty and majesty of the sea.

Begin each day with yoga and meditation classes led by Kunga and learn how to keep your system healthy and vital. Participation in the sessions is entirely optional. Whether you are a newbie to yoga and meditation or experienced, you are invited to join Kunga on this unique travel experience. Kunga is also available to discuss individual questions you may have about your personal yoga and mediation practices.

This is a great opportunity to share an unforgettable experience along with an exciting choice of optional shore excursions at each port of call. The scheduled ports of call include the always stylish departure port of Miami (Florida), St. Thomas (US Virgin Isles), Philipsburg (St. Maarten), San Juan (Puerto Rico) and Royal Caribbean's own beach resort of Labadee (Haiti).

So come along, bring your other half or come solo and meet new people, just don't miss out on such an exciting opportunity to bring more joy, health and happiness into your life!

Port of Departure

Miami
South Florida's exciting, international city is much more than the gateway to Latin America. It's one of the world's most popular vacation destinations. With its world-renowned beaches, unrivaled nightlife, unique culinary experiences and Latin flavor, this is one place you'll want to check out. Before departing from Miami, consider enjoying a day or two exploring this exciting city with the following fun things to do. Explore the Everglades, the only subtropical preserve in North America, take a colorful tour to the world-famous Art-Deco District of South Beach or marvel at the homes of the rich and famous while cruising the calm waters of Biscayne Bay.

Ports of Call

St. Thomas
St. Thomas is one of the three islands like make up the territory of the US Virgin Islands. The island is one of the world's most heavily trafficked cruise ports, with virtually every ship that sails the Eastern Caribbean including it as a port of call. Its lofty popularity is earned because St. Thomas offers an unparalled duty-free shopping scene and sites such as the world-famous beach at Magens Bay and a scenic tram ride to a mountaintop. St. Thomas offers a tropical paradise with all the conveniences of being a part of the United States – speaking English and using the American dollar.

St. Maarten
St Maarten/St. Martin is 144 miles southeast of Puerto Rico. At only 37 square miles, this is the smallest land mass in the world to be divided between two governments. In the early 1600’s both the Dutch and the French established small settlements on the island. They fought together to prevent a Spanish invasion and decided to share the island. According to local folklore, the island was divided by a walking contest between a Dutchman and a Frenchman. The Dutch control 16 square miles, and the remaining 21 are under French control. Duty-free shopping, 12 European style casinos, and lively bars keep Philipsburg, the capital of Dutch St. Maarten, bustling with activity.

San Juan, Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico is actually a self-governing US Commonwealth Territory. It is one of the larger islands in the Caribbean, and one of the most industrially developed island. Palm lined white sand beaches, gently rolling hills, rugged steep mountain ranges, a rain forest and dry desert-like areas are all a part of its diverse topography. This island, discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1493, has a rich history to explore. Historic San Juan, once nothing more than cobblestone streets and the distinctive architecture of the Spanish who founded it, is now a modern world capital. Among the peaceful shaded courtyards and commanding colonial fortresses of El Morro and San Cristobal, you'll find a cosmopolitan city of wide boulevards, lively cafes, highly regarded galleries and designer boutiques. This is where the old world meets the new - and you can enjoy them both.

Labadee®, Haiti
On the north coast of Hispaniola, surrounded by beautiful mountain slopes, exotic foliage and beautiful coral reefs and marine life sits Labadee®, Royal Caribbean's private paradise. This exclusive destination offers pristine beaches, breathtaking scenery and spectacular water activities including kayaking, snorkeling and parasailing. Regardless of where you go, you'll find yourself embraced by the beautiful landscape. Labadee's native charm, along with its natural beauty, make this a destination not to be missed, and only Royal Caribbean can take you there.
