Day 1: SUN June 27 ARRIVE in Anchorage, Alaska
Welcome to Alaska! Transfer to hotel in Anchorage. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.

Day 2: MON June 28 ANCHORAGE - MT. McKINLEY
Travel by motor coach to the Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge. Enjoy your afternoon and evening at this wilderness retreat. Lodging: Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge

From the moment you arrive at Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge in Denali State Park, you know you're somewhere special. Located south of the National Park on the banks of the Chulitna River. This comfy Alaska lodge invites the ultimate relaxation experience. Each of the guest rooms is nestled peacefully on a hillside in this wilderness getaway. Day 3: TUE June 29 MT. McKINLEY - DENALI

You haven't fully experienced Alaska unless you've been to Denali National Park. Its boundaries encompass an amazing six million acres -- the size of the state of Massachusetts. Home to Mt. McKinley, North America's highest peak soaring an unbelievable 20,320 feet into the sky, the Park hosts an array of wildlife -- from moose, caribou, Dall sheep and grizzly bears to gray wolves and red foxes. Day 4: WED June 30 DENALI

Day 5: THU July 1 DENALI - COPPER RIVER
Sightseeing across the scenic Denali Highway, by motor coach, to the Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge. Check in for your leisurely 2-night stay. Lodging: Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge

 

Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge
Featuring spectacular mountain views and breathtaking scenery of the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, the Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge is situated on 200 acres at the junction of the Klutina and Copper Rivers.

This premier lodge features 85 rooms and suites with either mountain or forest views; a two-level dining area with excellent mountain and valley views; and the focal point of the Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge- the Wrangell Room- with a staircase that takes you to the mezzanine level where you can relax and enjoy the majestic scenery provided by a two story wall of windows.

Day 6: FRI July 2 COPPER RIVER
A full day to do as you choose. Opt for fishing, rafting or a trip to the historic Kennicott Copper Mines. Enjoy another night at the lodge. Lodging: Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge

Day 7: SAT July 3 COPPER RIVER - WHITTIER - DISEMBARK on CORAL PRINCESS
Motorcoach to Valdez where you'll board a catamaran for a scenic Prince William Sound crossing to Whittier (Anchorage). Step off the catamaran and onto your ship, the Coral Princess. Set sail this evening at 830pm.
